Diet is something that most Meticore people would feel lazy to work on. I personally did had a hard time getting myself to change my eating habits. This is because the most foods that people love to eat are those foods that can make them fat or unhealthy. If you are just starting out, you can focus on avoiding foods that are starchy. These foods contains a lot of carbohydrates that can make you fat. In case you don’t know, carbohydrates are responsible for stimulating the storage of fat in your body which means that more carbohydrates you put in your body, the more fat you will have on your belly. While you are at it, consume foods that are rich in protein to supply your body with energy since you are not going to get it from carbohydrates. It would also help if you eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. It can boost your metabolism which can make burning off your belly fat quick.
Like I have said, exercise is also needed to get rid of your extra belly fat. Exercise is also necessary to keep yourself healthy. If you are someone who hasn’t exercised for a long time you might feel a little lazy to exercise but you must motivate yourself because you are going to bring yourself closer to getting in good shape. For a good start, wake up early in the morning, wear a pair of running shoes and go outside for a morning jog. Doing this regularly will not only burn your belly fat but it will also improve your cardiovascular system. Aside from jogging you can try other exercises such as rope jumping, cycling(stationary or moving), and treadmill running. For maximum results, I also recommend that you do some resistance training. This can help tone the muscles and increase your metabolic rate. A few resistance exercises you can try are push ups and pull ups for your arms. If you want to tone your abdominal muscles do some sit ups or if you want, you can get one of those Pilates videos. Keep this up until you lose your belly fat and get yourself in great shape.
