Hello! I recently had a great experience at the British Airways Beirut Office and I felt I should share it! I visited with some friends to obtain assistance in booking our flights, and from the time we entered, we were warmly received by the friendly and professional staff. The staff put us at ease immediately and spent time hearing our holiday plans and requirements. They were very patient and explained to us in length all of our questions. The thing that really impressed me was how responsive they were to our requirements—whether it was describing baggage allowances or assisting us with seat reservations, they made everything so clear-cut. The office itself was well-lit and friendly, and it was a comfortable environment to organize our travel arrangements. We even got a fantastic deal on our group booking, which was an added bonus! In general, the British Airways Beirut office was more than we could have hoped for. We departed feeling assured and eager for our journey. I would highly suggest it to anyone, particularly if you’re traveling with friends and require a bit of extra assistance.
