It was enjoyable to make my first visit to the Frontier Airlines Chicago office . My questions were promptly and professionally answered by the staff. They made the necessary adjustments to my flight without causing me any problems. There was not much waiting time, and the office was well-organized. Their patience and clarity were much appreciated, and their customer service above my expectations. Knowing that I could get help in person rather than only through online support was comforting. My initial encounter with the Chicago headquarters of Frontier Airlines was excellent overall.
