I had both positive and negative experiences with Frontier Airlines JFK Terminal. Passengers were assisted by self-service kiosks and friendly workers during the simple check-in process. Although they could be better controlled during peak hours, security lines moved at a respectable speed. Although the terminal was spotless, there wasn’t enough seating close to the gate. Although boarding was planned, some of the announcements were not clear. The service felt rudimentary, although the staff was generally kind. Even though the flight was reasonably priced, there was room for improvement in terms of comfort and communication. Although it has drawbacks, Frontier is a solid low-cost choice.
