After a delayed trip, I had the opportunity of chatting with a representative from JetBlue Airlines Colorado Office, and I was astounded by how polite and sympathetic they were. Without my having to ask, the representative took the time to go over my alternatives, reschedule my connection, and even give reimbursement. These days, that degree of consideration and care seems uncommon. All the credit should go to JetBlue’s Colorado crew because they made an extremely difficult situation seem doable.
