Balancing Power & Precision
Quick tap → High-arcing lob, ideal for CFB 25 Coins deep routes and over-the-shoulder catches.
Medium hold → Balanced pass, useful for most throws.
Long hold (but not too long!) → Bullet pass, perfect for tight windows.
Overcharged (Red zone) → Wild pass that may be inaccurate or overthrown.
How Is It Different from Madden?
Madden has long featured lob, touch, and bullet passes, but those are predetermined animations with little flexibility. In contrast, College Football 25’s system grants full control over pass placement by letting you fine-tune trajectory.
In Madden, lob passes are fixed soft throws, and cheap NCAA Football 25 Coins bullet passes are fast but flat.
In College Football 25, you can adjust the arc dynamically, ensuring a pass lands exactly where you want it.
The risk-reward element of the power gauge means skilled players can place the ball where only their receiver can catch it just beyond defenders’ reach.
