Entering the Dungeon
Open the stone gate and immediately face a giant spider scorpion. Use stagger-inducing jump attacks to defeat it quickly.
Proceed to the altar in the next room. Dispatch the smaller scorpions before looting:
Revered Spirit Ash (altar item).
Shadow Realm Rune 1 (behind the altar).
Ascending the Tower
Climb the stairs near the altar to encounter another giant spider scorpion. Defeat it and collect the Fireproof Dried Liver.
Continue through the next door and ascend further. Watch for another spider scorpion ambush halfway up the stairs. Loot the Black Pyrefly x5 as you go.
Reaching Belurat Proper
Exit to the outdoor area and climb the stairs to the first area Site of Grace.
Enter the small room behind the Site of Grace to Elden Ring Items find two shadow undead. Loot the Neutralizing Boluses, then leave (the door here is inaccessible).
Exploring the Plaza
Follow the path to the right of the stairs into a plaza.
Ambush Alert: A large shadow enemy will attempt a jump attack. Dodge and counter with a backstab or heavy attack. Loot the Stimulating Boluses near the fountain.
Approach the waterfall to best place to buy elden ring items the left of the plaza.
A second large shadow guards the Knot Resin x3 in the shallow water. Bait its attack, then defeat it before collecting the item.
