The question is – what Biohacking Secrets Review are we teaching? What do your words, actions, and reactions reflect about you? Do they consistently reflect your core beliefs and values? If you are like me, these beliefs and values are very important to you. They define you and provide the “North Star” that helps you navigate this journey called life. But, do our outer actions, words, and reactions reflect all that we believe and value? Do they reflect our core beliefs and values all of the time, most of the time, some of the time, or none of the time? Are we walking our talk? This is a question that I have been pondering over the last few weeks as I work to meet the challenges of a new school year and changes within my position. We all experience stress for a variety of reasons. It seems to be an inherent characteristic of our lives, whether we are feeling stressed due to the demands of work, family, or a combination of the two. My words and reactions from an inner stress-filled space may not portray the beliefs and values I hold so dearly. In fact, they often don’t, and then I spend time later playing and replaying what transpired, often judging myself for a knee-jerk reaction that reflected the opposite of what I really am and want to be in the world.
