Particularly during busy times, the Southwest Airlines ATL Terminal can get a little crowded. Despite the crowded security, TSA officers tried their best to maintain order. The gate crew was courteous, and I appreciated how well-organized the boarding procedure was. Although it was difficult to find a seat, the terminal itself was clean. It would be good to have a few additional dining options. If you give yourself enough time, it’s a good experience all around.
