Our family’s flight from Southwest Airlines RDU Terminal was an amazing experience. The two complimentary checked bags per person made packing less stressful, and check-in was quick. The terminal was tidy, roomy, and simple to use, and security lines were brief. While we waited to board, we discovered lots of places to sit and charge. Traveling with children was a breeze thanks to the welcoming staff and easy boarding procedure. The flight attendants were friendly and made sure the journey was comfortable. Southwest at RDU offered a hassle-free, family-friendly, and effective travel experience from check-in to landing; we will most certainly fly with them again!
