I recently visited Frontier Airlines New York Office, and my impression was mixed. When I arrived, I was greeted by a clean and orderly environment, although the wait time to meet with an agent was longer than anticipated. The staff was courteous, although they appeared overwhelmed by the volume of clients. When I eventually received help, the agent was courteous and knowledgeable, assisting me with my flight question. However, I was dissatisfied with the limited services available at the office, as they were unable to fix certain ticketing difficulties on site. It felt more like a customer service center for general inquiries than a location to solve sophisticated concerns. The overall vibe was great, although I’d recommend arriving with plenty of time to spare if You require in-person assistance. Overall, the personnel was helpful, although the office could be more efficient and offer more services.
