5. League-Specific Timed Mechanics
Each new league introduces its own twist on time-triggered events. In Dawn of the Hunt, for example:

Hunting Grounds Timer: The longer you stay within a specific Hunt biome, the stronger the local enemies become—but so do the rewards. Rare variants of beasts, alpha predators, and Path of exile currency Hunt shrines begin to appear after several minutes, each loaded with league-specific crafting materials and exclusive gear.

Global Invasions: Occasionally, if enough players have collectively farmed a shared area (like a breach zone), GGG may trigger community-wide invasion events, spawning elite bosses and loot pools across maps tied to buy POE currency that biome.
